He is extremely efficient. I have visited many GI specialists for several years. He patiently listened to all my previous history and reviewed all the previous medications and test results. I never felt rushed during my appointment. He walked me through the plan and the next course of action for treatment. He periodically called me to check on my progress. I am happy to say that my long standing problem has finally been resolved! I highly recommend Dr. El-Serag.
