I was having horrible sweats during the day. The sweat would literally drip from my hair to the point of embarrassment. At the same time my nose would run and my eyes tear on one side. My general practitioner and gynecologist, both who are excellent, thought it was menopausal. I swore it was not. After studying when this would happen I thought it was positional and was referred to Dr. Shukri. On my first appointment he was extremely thorough and not at all dismissive. His son was shadowing him that day and when Dr. Shukri left the room, his son told me not to worry that his dad would figure it out, and he did. Through medication I am 95% better. When I tell other physicians what I have, they have to look it up because they haven’t heard of it.My life has changed drastically and can now go out without fear of the embarrassing sweating.
