Dr Hillesland and her nurse are great! Very friendly and helpful, and have always seen me in a timely manner. I have to say though, that the front desk worker is very unpleasant to work with. She consistently makes me feel anxious about calling the office because she is curt and often corrects me, or implies that I am incorrect regarding my own care or conversations I had with Dr. Hillesland. It is a bummer because Dr. Hillesland and her nurse have always made me feel confident and comfortable talking to them, but I am always hesitant to call the office because I am made to feel like an inconvenience by the receptionist.
