In contrast to another review, I found filling out forms about how I was feeling to be really useful for finding out what was working and what wasn't. The forms didn't take me long, and I generally did them outside of the session, and often the discussion of them only took 1 or 2 minutes during the session. If you want to know more about the good reasons for why Dr. Yeni-Komshian uses them, check out episode 2 of the Feeling Good podcast by Dr. David Burns. Helen has also been a guest on the Feeling Good podcast. If you want to get a sense of what therapy might look like, listen to the episodes she's in but even more so the episodes with live sessions, which have actual therapy. Just search for "live session" and/or "Helen" on the page listing podcast episodes at feelinggood.com Lastly, Helen does mainly use cognitive-behavioral therapy,
