Dr. Moreira was professional and considerate prepping and for my surgery 18 months ago. She mentioned that no question afterwards is too small, call about anything. I was having an issue and the staff I talked to was rude and treated me like I was neither intelligent nor aware of what “normal” should be. I happened to see another Dr that day for something else and they even thought my issue needed to be addressed quickly. I did see Dr. Moreira the following day and as a few others have mentioned, felt like I was wasting her time. This seems to not even fall in the category of “lack of bedside manner” this was more unprofessional especially after a surgery and in recovery. Procedure and eventual outcome was fantastic which is extremely important. However other doctors in the practice are friendlier.
