My wife and went to Dr. Schaeffer over a year ago. I needed a crown, and she did a great job. Very nice lady and SHE is very professional.Prior to that, my wife and I had a cleaning from some retired dentist she employed (there's been a glut of hygienists apparently). We have never had a worse cleaning in our life. It looked like nothing happened. Apart from that, this guy really 'overshared' some personal stories to my wife that made her very uncomfortable. When I complained about the oversharing and the subpar cleaning, we were met with 'Well, that's strange - everyone else LOVES him.'We weren't taken seriously. Consequently, we've never been back.Again, Dr. Schaeffer is great. She just needs a stronger support team (and a more understanding one)
