Dr. Maguire is very straight forward, very much to the point. However my son is seven years old. He talks to him when he is assessing him, not me which i love about him. He takes the time though to answer all of our questions concerning our son and explains things in a very thorough manner. My son has seizures and when i called his answering service to tell him about the seizure, he PERSONALLY called me back within about 2 hours of leaving the message. He also did this with MRI results!!!
