Dr. Tagle has performed two root canal procedures on me in the last 10-15 years (one on a side tooth , one on a rear molar), and I recommend him enthusiastically. He is a very skilled, informative, respectful and likeable endodontist. He analyzed my problem teeth using state-of-the-art x-ray imaging techniques and sensitivity of the teeth to stimuli (heat, cold, touch, etc). The local injected anesthesia he then gave me completely prevented pain during the root canal (I felt a stinging for a few seconds during anesthetic injection, as is usual). During the procedure he and his assistant checked on my well being regularly. I liked being able to choose music to listen to, and I also enjoyed the banter between Dr. Tagle and his assistants during the procedure. I had very minimal discomfort after the root canals -- ibuprofen and acetominophen worked fine.
