I was very nervous getting trigger finger surgery while not being under general anesthesia. I previously did not have a good experience using Novocain for a left ear surgery. It was quite painful, upsetting & would never return or recommend this ENT.Upon entering the office & meeting with assistance from Roberta. It was very relaxed and comforting.I met Dr. Skoff, he was pleasant and put me at ease immediately sensing my anxious hesitance.He gently explained the procedure as beginning, completely numbing my hand & digit, explaining to me the steps he was doing & completing my surgery without any pain whatsoever.Needless, to say, I am quite pleased, pleasantly surprised & comfortable. I would not hesitate returning for his services if necessary.
