Dr. Omar approaches patients with compassion, which was so comforting after having my IBS struggles dismissed for years by other doctors. She explained what may be causing my symptoms and what may help. She approaches things holistically and gave me a regimen of things to try in addition to a procedure to rule out more serious conditions. She explained what each supplement does to improve symptoms and told me what I should notice after taking them. I was terrified before my procedure, and she held my hand and comforted me prior to them putting me under, which put me at ease. So many doctors lack bedside manner and are in a rush to get to their next patient - Dr. Omar is the exception! Can't recommend her enough.
