Dr hanai has been my physician now for several years. He has helped me in urgent matters by dropping everything and providing immediate tests for a couple of surgeries. He is tolerant of me asking if we can try to resolve a health issue without a certain medication. He follows up to see if our plan works and if it doesn’t he doesn’t scold me but offers continued help. He actually listens to the patient and interacts gently with the patient. He is a good doctor and a very good man. There’s nothing pretentious about him . He is patient and always a gentleman. I am thankful he has been my physician for several years now. Also his staff is always helping me with appts, referrals and the pretty lady never hurts me when she draws blood. I got my complete blood work on my portal in less than 24 hours! I like his large divided waiting room and if someone has the sniffles or cough like last time I bolted to the other side of the room!! I recommend Dr hanai and his staff 100% Tony D
