The doctor, nurse/assistant and office staff were friendly and helpful. Appointment began on time. I did have to schedule an appointment a few months out, but my visit was only for an annual checkup and was not urgent at all. I was told urgent or serious concerns are prioritized in scheduling. I had no problems come up in the appointment, so I can't comment on other aspects of the practice.
