In 1995, hernited my L5S1. Had p.t., seemed to help along with a couple of steroid injections administered at BG Orthopaedic's Lexington office. 1998, was rear ended. Had to have discectomy. Full recovery. 2005, Sam's employees ran an unknown string of shopping carts into my back. This time, outcome was nowhere NEAR as successful. Dr. M was an amazing orth. surgeon. He never rushed to installing hardware or fusing where a more conservative approach could work. barb t.
