Dr. Hoo is professional and very caring. Excellent bedside manner. He takes time to explain your health condition and treatment. He never rush's his patients. His medical assistant Jacklyn is awesome. She helps/works with you on any issues or concerns you may have getting medicines or insurance questions. She truly listens. I appreciate the care they give my Mom.
