ALL of the Staff at this location were kind & very professional.Dr Bassewitz entered my Patient Room & immediately greeted me with a warm smile that was very comforting considering I was nervous.He described my MRI & XRAY results in details I could understand. He listened, as well as gently educated me on my Lumbar issues. He provided me with an Anti-Inflammatory medication to take daily, & referred me to begin Physical Therapy. He again, walked me through his plan with great explanation so that I absolutely understood what I would be looking forward to.Overall, his Bedside Manner was the Best! To have a clearly knowledgeable & extremely professional Doctor, that immediately gained my trust and was kind & empathetic as well, are qualities of an exceptional Dr & person!!
