Yes, I like it to be keep send message, email all the time. Number two, the way they put me in hold, unbelievable. Now they don't allow anyone answer the phone and they call me back. This is, it doesn't work because sometimes in my cell phone, I don't answer all the call for a stranger. When I find some call from out of state, something, I don't answer it. Third, please, please don't build million, billion of dollar in the building. Build human, build your staff professional, get them to school. This is important. We are human. We are patient. These girls, teenage, they don't understand this concept. Some of them very good. I make a promotion for, I mean, complete.
