I took my son to see him on my son skin issue. He took a look and explained the skin will go away without medication within two weeks and nobody knows what causes it. He opened the dermatology book and made a copy to my son to read. His experience is awesome, after listening to a patient complains about his/her symptom he can tell right away the correct treatment.
