In my experience with various Kaiser PCPs, this physician far exceeds other Kaiser PCPS in her quality of patient care, not only with medical expertise and attention to detail; but perhaps most importantly- through her caring respect, dignity, and compassionate care shown. I WAS NOT EVEN HER PT, and she went OUT OF HER WAY to help me get X-rays AS WELL AS a COVID test I needed before surgery by a KAISER Specialist in N.CA, when my Kaiser desert PCP coldly and argumentatively refused to order tests for the KAISER SPECIALIST in NCal from whom I received previous surgical care. After requesting a change in PCPs, my pt treatment and demeaning experience only got worse. My recommendation to Kaiser is to honor and promote physicans like Dr Huong Nguyen and make the Kaiser NCal model and standard of pt treatment the nationwide standard. I would love to be this drs pt after an upcoming job transfer but her hours are reducing. Seriously considering choosing another insurance with mytrnsfr
