We had a great experience. Maybe it’s his directness that caught people off guard in the previous posts? He was professional and informative and answered all our questions. You can tell he stays current. 10 out of 10. Staff was great as well and a huge shout out to the receptionist.. that’s an often under appreciated role and you could tell she cares about the people she is taking care of.
