I arrived in the ER with a major head wound. Dr. Ghoul was dealing with a number of simultaneous issues so I had to spend a fair amount of time waiting, but he did a good job stitching and stapling me up, and I'm recovering well. He was pleasant and seemed qualified. My only gripe was that he ordered about $7K worth of CT-Scans even though I didn't have insurance and would have chosen to skip anything other than a head scan. I would have appreciated at least a courtesy discussion of what was going to be done considering that I would be paying out of pocket.
