I'll keep it simple: Very shortly after completing Dr. Cho's eight-week CBT-I program, I no longer need medication to help me fall asleep, no longer wake up in the middle of the night without being able to fall back to sleep, and I get a consistent 6-6.5 hours of sleep every night.The program can be challenging, but if you are dedicated to achieving good sleep, it is worth sticking with it.Sweet dreams!
