I Honestly am not a very trusting person. After My regular DR. Left from another area I didn't want to leave it to anyone to choose my DR. For me. After seeing How Dr. McConnell's team treated my husband I was determined to have him as my own Dr. Well, at the time they weren't taking on New patients but to have a Dr. That's compassionate and caring is Sooooo important to me. Look, I'm trusting this person with my life they have to care at least somewhat. Well, Dr. McConnell is very caring and compassionate. He worked with me to try to find a solution to my pain issues and it hasn't been easy with many meds having either weird side effects or not working at all and with all the stuff attached with the politics of it all. Anyway, He's tried. Every visit I've had not only does he greet you with a charming smile but he always asks about my family whom he also treats and I feel blessed to have him as my DR. I waited for months to get in and it was worth the wait. He's the best.
