Newish patient, but so far, she seems to be accepting of patients with alternative lifestyles or families. Takes issues seriously and quick acting with referrals, tests, scripts.Entire office is wheelchair accessible. Don’t laugh or assume! Before Dr. Lam, I was referred to a Dr. that had only stairs to his office and I use wheelchair! I completely recommend Dr. Ian Lam who I see at Southwest Medical- Optum Care.
