Dr. Noviawaty has never met my daughter before, and we needed help to get her back on track. We were squeezed into a canceled appointment slot with only a day for her to review any info or history on our daughter She listened very carefully and immediately set up several tests to better grasp her condition and get her on the road to recovery. My daughter was at BMC 6-days under the neurology team's care and is so far responding well to her new medication. We have a follow-up teleconference with her nursing staff in a few weeks and an appointment with Dr. Noviwaty to reassess my daughter's progress. We are very pleased with her and thankful for her caring professionalism.
