Dr. Robledo initially impressed me with her concern for properly diagnosing my condition. I have ankylosing spondylitis and a truly terrible looking MRI of the spine. In addition, I have severely deformed fingers that twist at each knuckle. Not only did she listen carefully to me, she followed up with questions that indicated she was taking cues from what I had just told her. She believes I have psoriasic arthritis which has had virtually no treatment. She showed me an x-ray of my hand and pointed out how the joints had eroded. She told me that people's conditions seldom deteriorate to this point because they seek treatment before they get to this point. While my hands are not painful, my back and legs are. We discussed whether I wanted to try one of the biologic medicines. We agreed we'd avoid that due to possible negative side effects. We ended up agreeing on a trial prescription for duloxitine. It's working fairly well. I believe Dr. Robledo is truly committed to Kehelping me.
