Dr. Ingrid Statz is The BEST Doctor I've Ever Had. She Always returned my calls even AFTER hrs. She calls in & checks her msgs on her days off, & returns your call if necessary. Dr. Ingrid Statz LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. She cared for me, she researched my very rare & undiagnosed medical condition that Not 1 Doctor could diagnose & believe me, I went to many, including several trips to Baystate Medical Emergency room, various neurologists, psychiatrists, & GI doctor(s), didn't bother (for yrs) to even listen to my horror story that I'm still struggling with today. She recommended a MRI when my previous (now terminated) Doctor recommended a chiropractor which would have no doubt paralyzed me. Had she not personally checked on me, happy I was better, wanting to make a follow up appt, not realizing that I was no longer me, no longer able to think, walk, sleep, eat, stand or leave my house. The MRI or the results of it were no longer in my memory. 8 mo.'s passed by. MRI was lost.
