Rare Autoimmune Diagnosis in 2022. Massive Kidney Damage. Dr Jaffer and her team have helped me and my family negotiate this difficult road to recovery. She and her team are thoughtful and very supportive. I get timely responses to my questions and her team is constantly monitoring the patient portal which is super important to my ability to manage my disease.
