First off, his office staff are the most wonderful people ever. They go above an beyond to be accommodating and never over schedule so your not sitting in the waiting room forever. Dr. Krafchin is not only a talented Plastic Surgeon, his beside manner is superior. I've had three major procedures with him, and have been extremely happy. He listens to you, and will answer every question you have with a smile. His follow up care is above any physician I ever met.
