Dr Dragan is so incredibly gentle, kind and soft-spoken. I walked into her office with some fears about what could happen to my teeth and she heard me out and explained to me why none of that would happen. She has a very gentle but firm hand (no pain!) - and stops at the right times to ask if you're doing okay as the procedure progresses. She makes it a point to let you know if you're doing something right, and let's you know immediately if there's something you could do better. A+ dentist!
