I've been with Dr. Buchanan since my son's birth. Before, she had come highly recommended and with thorough research, I can see why. She's quite patient and answers all my questions without having me feel rushed. Her staff is customer service friendly. When scheduling appointments; I'm actually seen when I get there or I may have to wait no longer than 10 minutes at max. My son is now 16 and her bedside manners has not changed. I truly TRUST & LOVE her!! Now she's our family doctor.
