May 31, 2023 after having been overlooked for 6 hours at another emergency room and having an ambulance staff assess that I was not in emergent condition, my family demanded second ambulance take me to Mid Hudson Regional ED. I was immediately seen by Dr. Bruck who ordered stat CT scans and based on the discovery of a Type A dissecting aorta he ordered medcal heliocoptor transport to WMC where I received emergency life-saving surgery. I have recovered and returned to work. i continue to enjoy my children, grandchildren., family and friends. I am eternally grateful to this astute physician. He is in my prayers every day.
