I was referred to Dr. Zambrano by my PCP Dr. Nottestad. Receptionist desk staff were very friendly & helpul. At each appointment I waited less than 8 minutes before being called back to the room after speaking to nurse, Dr Z was in the room in less than 10 minutes. His exam was quick and thorough, the way I like it. I want to get in and out. Just give the facts Doc. He told me what he thought it was, allowed me time to ask questions, we came up with of action we both agreed on. I prefer to use the least intrusive methods, which was PT, while doing PT for a few months, I came to the decision i am ready for next plan. We then tried adding Cortisone shots in the knee. I literally did not feel the needle go in anytime as I was in so much pain. Tried that & was told surgery was the last option, MRI had indicated a torn meniscus. torn meniscus, he stated surgery is next option. I had Surgery on a Friday, and on Monday I was walking with no assisted devices and PAIN-FREE. Best Dr. EVER.
