I have been Dr. DeCastro's patient for long enough now to feel comfortable giving her a review. I live in Green Cove Springs, Florida and she is worth the drive to Savannah, Georgia. She listens and is responsive to her patient's needs. She has made a couple of medications changes that have been very helpful to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Her office doesn't do imaging, but she is willing to order it to the place of your choice if she feels it needed.
