I've been a patient of Dr. Ibia's for the past year. Visited her for anxiety, depression, sleep trouble.I had been taking too many pills for sleep and none of them were effective. Dr. Ibia listened carefully and compassionately (which she still does with every visit). She successfully weaned me of all the drugs, and found a gentler medication that has worked wonders. She also recommended a terrific neurologist and sleep expert. It's so great not to be at the mercy of my worries and more proactive in my mental health and well being. Dr. Ibia is fantastic.
