I had a very good impression when I first met Dr. Chan, who took over the practice from my previous dentist who retired. I was developing some worrisome dental issues and Dr. Chan was attentive and an active listener to my concerns. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and discussed my options clearly, confidently, and in understandable layman’s terms. His demeanor and attention to detail was professional and very reassuring! Throughout my treatment, I knew exactly what was happening, when it was happening , and what to expect. He is up to date on trends and new technologies. That security of having pertinent information really alleviated any anxiety I might have had going into my procedure (tooth implant). His back office staff and front office staff are equally caring, competent, and positive individuals. I trust Dr. Chan’s expertise and I know my dental needs are being met at the highest level.
