I accompanied my dad to his appointment with Dr. De Chazal. We were notified that he has a reputation of running behind. It is absolutely one thousand percent worth waiting however long is needed to meet with this doctor. He had the unfortunate job of sharing a terminal diagnosis with my dad and he did so in the most loving, gracious and attentive way I have ever seen. He did not rush us, he answered every one of my dad (and my) questions as if he was speaking to his very own father. I have never met a kinder doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you get frustrated about the wait, it's worth it. He is giving 100% of his time and energy into every single patient so when it is your turn - you will have that time as well.
