I have been seeing Dr. Ulrich for at least the past 10 years. He and his staff have been very professional and provide me the best possible care/options for my hearing loss. I have been fitted with a couple of different sets of hearing aids to meet my needs. During the past couple of years, my hearing has gotten progressively worse and my clarity of understanding speech has been very straining. Along with my hearing loss, I have the constant ringing in my ears. During a recent hearing test, it was found I lost about 5% more hearing, leading Dr. Ulrich to discuss my possible options and offered to recommend me to a specialist in Cochlear implants for a consultation. I feel very confident in his decision and am pursuing that option. Dr. Ulrich is looking to provide me with the best quality of life. I am in my 60's and still wish to be able to communicate, both verbal and understanding conversations. I would like to Thank Dr. Ulrich and his staff for putting my needs first.
