I came in for eyelid surgery due to sagging upper lids which restricted my vision. I elected to get the lower lids as well (insurance doesn't pay for lowers.) The surgery is very serious and I was pleased to be with an opthamologist-plastic surgeon.... in fact I was referred by my cataract doctor. The surgery and recovery have gone very well and I continue to see improvement. Thanks to Dr Heffernan and his team.
