My son is a new freshman at a local college, 5 hours away from home. He has a chronic ear condition, with 5 surgeries, that has only ever been monitored by a complex ear specialist (7 hours away from Chattanooga). After experiencing pain that ended in an ER visit, our son was referred to Dr. Greer. His office worked our son in the very next day. This was our son’s first time going to the doctor alone and he knew he would most likely need a minor procedure that can be uncomfortable. When my son phoned me after the appointment he said Dr. Greer was “soft spoken and gentle.” He was calmed by Dr. Greer’s listening to his complex history, seeking opinions from his colleagues, and taking a genuine interest in my son’s acute problem. I deeply appreciate how Dr. Greer cared for my son while I am hundreds of miles away.
