Doctor Jack Lam is knowledgeable and compassionate physician. I became a patient in August 2018, and it ended in March 2024 after he decided to take a different path in his medical journey. From day one of our meeting, I found him to be trustworthy in the practice of pain management. He was tireless trying to figure out better method or treatments to help combat my pain issues. The things I most admired about him was his attention to details and thought process when it came to my treatment. He always supported me and respected my decision when it came to my health need and my decision about the best method of treatment. I am grateful to have been under such great care during what I can say now was not long enough. For my family and I we are in mourning the loss of such an advocate as Dr. Lam. Our communication was stellar, and we believe that is half the battle to getting better. I know he left me well cared for; however, he is irreplaceable as a person and even more as an outstanding.
