Dr. Hess is professional, courteous, and thorough. My wife, who has some challenging skin conditions, has been seeing her for a couple of years. She has seen good results since seeing Dr. Hess and really likes her. Treatment, progress, and friendly personality are all important aspects of a long term physician/patient relationship.
