Dr. Rivington is very professional and skilled but also easy to talk to and empathic. My initial visit with her did a lot to put my mind at ease about by newly diagnosed heart condition. She took my questions about whether certain medications are truly necessary seriously; she heard me when I told her I am sensitve to meds and don't want to take them unnecessarily. She offered further testing to obtain more objective info so I can make better decisions about my meds.
