Before surgery, I couldn’t walk upright without having to bend over snd grab my knees. After my spine really healed, I didn’t take anything for pain until I had to move, the act of packing boxes, bending and twisting sent into pain again, I had one shot and I’m good again, some stiffness occasionally but that’s it!
