Took great care of me. The one thing I am very dissatisfied with is the billing department. I was there on Jan. 12,2023 paid what they told me. Received my statement from my insurance company about a month later and find I was overcharged. Received and email link to my statement which did not have a record of my payment. I called them on March 2, and told them of the error at which time the person in billing who was the one I originally spoke to said he was going to correct it. He saw that I was correct and was supposed to figure out what I was due back. Today March 11, I get a bill from them, not a billing company with no corrections and still does not show the amount I previously paid. It does show what the insurance paid. I shows an amount more than double what has been paid. I will be calling them again on March 13, 2023.
