Dr. Rachlin was very, very thorough and did a wonderful job explaining my complicated issues. Didn't hesitate to show me the various MRI views of my spine, disk ruptures, bulges, and other pertinent information. Brought the technical information down to "my level". His assistant was excellent as well. I never felt rushed during the appointment and had quality time to ask questions.
