I recently had an emergency situation regarding a severe infection and kidney stones. Dr. Thatcher presented himself in a professional, calm manner. He explained all proceures. He used appropriate langauge and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was very scared and he gave me the confidence to go through with procedure. His kind, compassionate manner was amazing, and I highly recommend him.
