Present with urinary problem. Attended to urinary catheterization relentlessly. Insisted upon success. Personal and medical understanding and willingness to investigate additional input. Her persistence resolved the medical issue and brought my painful condition to an end despite temporary setbacks. Dedication to medicine, treatment and patient comfort was paramount. Exceptional! Thank you Dr. Yo for dedicating your knowledge, energy and technique to treating me.
