Dr. Hernandez has provided me with a new right hip two years ago, and a new left knee just three weeks ago. The experience with my hip was beyond expectations. My recovery was very much in line with what was outlined to me, and if anything even easier and quicker. Two years later I have to say I honestly have no limitation in my hip movement and no pain. As far as my more recent knee replacement, I seem to be on track for a good recovery with this as well. I only needed a walker for the first week, and even that was more precautionary than anything. After that first week I've been using a cane, and again only for added safety and stability. Otherwise I am able to walk around almost normally, albeit a bit slowly as I build back coordination and stability. I am looking forward to a full recovery and the ability to walk normally and have a functioning knee joint. Thank you!
