I've had issues with the medical assistant with Dr. Gierbolini disputing conversations with him, and implying that I requested treatment or not following his recommendations. This is not true. I had to deal with an issue associated with treatment for 4 months, only to have the medical assistant start the issue again. I do not trust her ability to perform her duties accurately and timely. The last call from the medical assistant was to follow-up with me regarding the cancelation of an order. She blamed me for asking for a medication that I clearly stated that I could not get due to outside issues. She also inferred I was not following Dr. Gierbolini's recommendations. The issues with the medical assistant has forced me to seek treatment and care from another provider. It may be an isolated issue, but personally, I can no longer see Dr. Gierbolini.
