Absolutely would recommend Dr Cernansky and his Bethlehem support staff. Dr C has a smiling personality and that coupled with his skills put my husband at ease. The great experience started with his office staff, continued with Rob and went smoothly with every direct care staff member. Because of some physical limitations, we were thrilled when one office person came out of the building when she saw that we missed the door. Rob made accommodations to handle the physical limitations and every staff person assisted. Staff appeared happy to work together. A few days later Dr C quickly brought my husband in to address an issue we thought to be a problem. Dr C, without hesitation, put our minds at ease and took care of what was an annoyance. Thank you.
